A. Sales Policy -- Each casting is made to fill each order received. For that reason, all sales are final and will not be refunded. See below for damaged goods or flaws in workmanship.
B. Additional Charges -- There are no additional charges associated with the purchase of the items listed on the order page except for the shipping and handling charges as shown in the amount of $16.65 (U.S. Dollars) per casting and the normal applicable state and local taxes.
C. Damaged Goods -- Any product damaged in shipping may be returned for exchange. If your product is damaged in shipping, it must be reported immediately to our customer service group at 1-865-588-2783. The item must be reported as damaged before it is returned or it will not be accepted. The damaged item must be returned in the original container with the original packing material. When reporting damage, our customer service group will provide specific instructions for shipping.
D. Flaws in Workmanship -- An item may be returned for exchange due to flaws in workmanship by calling our customer service group at 1-865-588-2783. When calling, please be prepared to describe the problem in detail. Return of goods for flaws in workmanship are limited to the first sixty days following the ship date from Faces Faces to you. When reporting flaws in workmanship, please describe the problem in detail. You will be given instructions on how to return your casting and when to expect your replacement. Reports of flaws in workmanship received after sixty days of the ship date to you will not be honored.
E. Customer Service Group -- You can reach the Famous Faces customer service group at 1-865-588-2783 Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Please direct any questions you may have regarding your casting, delivery, shipping, or exchange to the customer service group.
F. Arbitration -- Any issue which can not be resolved to the satisfaction of the customer will be resolved by arbitration. The customer, by purchase of the items listed on the order page, waives his/her rights to litigation, as far as the law allows, and agrees to binding arbitration in an appropriate forum. Venue for all arbitrated disputes will be Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, USA.
G. Materials -- Famous Faces lifecastings are made of bonded bronze which is a polymer resin with embedded bronze powder. The bonded bronze looks and feels like bronze, but is not as heavy and is sensitive to high temperatures. Do not place casting directly over a heat source such as a fireplace or any other source of heat. The wooden plaque on which the casting is mounted, like any wooden item, will dry and split when exposed to heat over time. Castings and plaques will not be exchanged for damage caused by heat.
H. Shipping Policy -- All castings will be shipped by UPS Ground/Insured/Delivery Confirmation Requested.
I. Fulfillment -- All orders will be processed in the order they are received and will be shipped in approximately 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of order. Due to the made-on-order nature of the casting, we cannot reserve series numbers. The castings will be numbered in the order produced and will be shipped on a first order in/first order out basis.
